Karina Dach, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Karina Dach has received specialized training is in treating anxiety, panic, phobias, relationship issues, depressed mood, behavioral concerns, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), in children, adolescents and adults. She deals with a broad range of symptoms using a highly collaborate and integrative approach to help clients build and maintain positive relationships, make value based decisions, and successfully face their fears.

Karina has extensive training in evidenced based treatment such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), gradual Exposure with Response Prevention (E/RP), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which she uses to effectively and efficiently address the symptoms interfering with daily life function.

Karina takes the time to foster a productive and positive therapeutic relationship, encouraging her clients to take the driver’s seat in treatment while providing the necessary support, strategy and structure.
